When you contact us

We use the details you submit—such as your name, email, business, and message—to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you request. Our form uses Resend to deliver your enquiry to our email inbox. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information through the form.

Visits and campaign measurement

Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to serve and protect this website. Optional Google analytics and advertising measurement loads only when configured and after you accept measurement in Privacy settings. Declining does not prevent you from contacting us.

With your permission, we may save campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers for the current browser session and include them with your enquiry to understand how you found us. We measure successful form submissions separately from email-link clicks. Our custom measurement events do not include your name, email address, or message.

Your choices

Use Privacy settings at the bottom of any LocalCare page to accept or decline optional measurement. We store that choice in your browser. Declining clears our saved campaign details and stops future optional measurement after the page reloads; it does not undo information already sent. You can also clear site data using your browser settings.

Service providers

Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. If Google measurement is enabled and accepted, Google also processes measurement information under its privacy policy. Information may be processed outside Canada.
